After the character study was approved, the next step was storyboard creation. The script was incorporated into this storyboard to be tested to students by the UNICEF Papua team. Various responses received by YLAI and once again the team of writers and illustrators worked on the final revisions.
After a full month of work, sheets of illustrations were finally finished. One by one the sheets must be scanned to be digitally compiled. Then, the next process was proofreading. Right on the agreed date, YLAI sent the printed file to the UNICEF Papua.
What a great short trip. The work that YLAI formerly imagined would be very heavy had passed. YLAI is also very grateful to the writers and illustrators who are very dedicated and never complained to follow the series of processes. And of course, this hard work really pays off when these books reach the students and color their days.
